One shared technical foundation, with separate permissions and workflows for each application. The organisation defines available tools and which actions require human approval.
Financial and operational workflows

One interface, a replaceable model
The application calls an internal AI interface. Model serving and processing can run locally or on agreed European infrastructure. Tool permissions, data boundaries and controls stay with the application.
Control stays with the organisation
A model proposal is not an authorisation. Permissions govern what can be read and prepared; explicit approval determines which sensitive action is executed.
