Cloud and AI Development Act (CADA)
The proposal connects European cloud and AI capacity with sovereignty criteria. We translate that direction into choices about infrastructure, operators, access and supplier dependencies.
European AI computing access programme
EuroHPC AI Factories
EuroHPC offers application-based access to European AI computing. Our role is at the organisation level: private AI platforms, GPU infrastructure and production workflows that connect compute to your own data and processes. Access to EuroHPC is a separate application, not included in our services.

EU Data Act
Cloud switching and interoperability are central to the Data Act. For services within scope, switching charges are due to end on 12 January 2027. An exit still needs technical preparation: data formats, interfaces, responsibilities and a tested migration plan.
Trust and interoperability framework
Gaia-X
Gaia-X provides a framework for trustworthy data sharing and interoperability; it is not a cloud provider. That makes transparent service descriptions, access rules and portability useful design priorities for a private or hybrid infrastructure.

EU Open Source Strategy
Europe is putting open-source alternatives, procurement and long-term maintenance on the agenda. Our approach is to select suitable open technology, integrate it with existing systems and make support and ownership explicit. Open source is a choice per component, not a claim about every product.

From ambition to an agreed design
In a project, we agree the hosting location, operator and support access, technology dependencies, backup and recovery responsibilities, and the route to another supplier. The resulting design and contract define what is delivered.
