Models, document processing and orchestration can be reused. Each application retains its own data permissions, allowed tools and approval rules. A shared AI layer does not mean unrestricted access to company data.
Read an invoice, retrieve records, explain exceptions and prepare a proposal. The source system validates amounts and permissions; an authorised person reviews financial actions before execution.
The same patterns connect a web back office, till, warehouse scanner, customer portal or mobile app. Clear API contracts let you replace a model without rebuilding every screen.
In FusionPOS, ADAM supports operations and financial workflows. In TYDE, the role takes another form: a personal concierge and a proposal queue for organisers. Product stage and available features are stated for each application.

No. We explicitly design the allowed actions and approval boundaries. Financial operations, price changes and external messages receive appropriate permissions, checks and human approval.
Yes. A shared interface can expose model serving, document processing and selected tools to different apps. Data permissions and organisation boundaries are checked for each call.
We separate core processes from AI assistance wherever possible. Time-outs, queues, clear failure states and restartable steps belong in the design.
